Sex with reference to the Quran
Sex in Islam is best understood in its various aspects and perspectives through, in the first place, citations to the Quran. The key word in the Quran on this matter is ''Nikah'' (Arabic: نكاح) which literally means "sexual intercourse". Practical and domestic problems, including forced marriages, incest, dysfunctional sexual life, honour killings, and lesbianism stigma would be successfully mitigated and may not even arise if one refers to, understand and truly comply with what is clearly outlined in the Quran.
